The green roof is completed, wood panels installed in the entry ceiling and finishing touches are now underway. Following substantial completion this summer, the library move-in and set-up is in full swing!
Your new Duvall Library is scheduled to open to the community with a ribbon-cutting and open house on Saturday, August 25, 9:30 a.m. This will be preceded by an old fashioned Duvall Friends of the Library Book Brigade which starts at 8:45 a.m. in front of the old library. No need to sign up!! Just show up and we will make a chain of Duvall Citizens, passing books hand to hand to the new library!

8:45 a.m. Come meet in front of the old library to take part in the Book Brigade! All ages WELCOME and ENCOURAGED!
8:45 a.m. The Honky Tonk Sweethearts
9:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. Opening Remarks from local dignitaries and Grand Opening Ceremony/Ribbon Cutting
10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Eric Herman – Cool Tunes for Kids
1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Budget Funeral Band
